Maria Bradford, the Sierra Leonean chef and author behind the popular Shwen Shwen supper club and catering company, opens her first restaurant in Sevenoaks on 6th June. Named after the Krio word for ‘fancy’, the new fine dining spot will blend traditional Sierra Leonean dishes with Bradford’s Afro-fusion style.
